Check-In: Upon your arrival, please check-in at the office located on the right as you drive into the resort. At this time you will be asked to complete a list of guests staying in your cabin, if you have not already done so via email. Due to Covid 19 cleaning protocols, guests will not be able to check-in until after 4:00 p.m.
Cabin Payment: Please stop by the office between 4 and 7 pm on the night before your departure to settle your bill, unless you’ve made prior arrangements with us. Payment may be made via cash, check, or credit card. A 3% convenience charge will be added to credit card payments. Don’t forget to reserve your cabin for next year!
Check-out: Due to Covid 19 cleaning protocols, cabins must be vacated by guests by 8:00 a.m. on departure day. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!!!
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $200 per cabin per week will be required at the time you reserve your cabin, payable by cash, check or credit card (3% convenience charge added to credit card payments). Your reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive your deposit by its stated due date.
Cancellations: Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. Following a cancellation, payment for the cancelled cabin must be paid in full prior to making a reservation with us in the future.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs with up to date vaccinations are welcome at Kimp’s Kamp. A charge of $50 per week, per dog, will be added to your bill. Owners will be charged for repairs due to damage caused by their dog. Please keep dogs off furniture, including beds, and remember to clean up/dispose of outside waste immediately.
